Publishing
Once you’ve generated something, Banana Flow gives you a few ways to get it out into the world.
Public boards
Every board has a privacy toggle. Flip it to Public and you get a shareable
URL like /remix/<boardId>. Anyone with the link can view the board (read-only)
without signing in, and they can click Remix to clone it into their own
workspace.
Useful for:
- Sharing a work-in-progress with a client
- Embedding in a portfolio or pitch deck
- Showing off a particularly nice flow
- Letting other users build on top of your workflow
Public boards also show up on the Remix discovery page, sorted by how many times they’ve been remixed. Boards marked as Featured by an admin get a star badge there.
You can flip back to private at any time — old links stop working immediately.
Media Library
Every image and video you’ve ever generated lives in the Media Library (sidebar). It’s the central archive across all boards. From there you can:
- Re-download an asset
- Drag it onto another board to reuse
- Delete it permanently
Instagram scheduling
Connect your Instagram account from the integrations flow (under Schedule), and you can queue any generated image or video to be posted at a specific time.
How it works:
- From the board, right-click any output and pick Schedule to Instagram
- Pick a date/time and write a caption
- Banana Flow’s cron worker publishes the post automatically when the time hits
You can manage queued posts (edit, reschedule, cancel) from the Schedule page in the sidebar.
Token refresh
Your Instagram access token is refreshed automatically before it expires. If the token becomes invalid (you revoked the app, password change), the Schedule page will prompt you to reconnect.
